Job Overview:

*Please note this position is in Dallas, Texas and requires you to be in office!

We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable taking on the day to day maintenance of our new product releases and social media maintenance. As a marketing coordinator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills, able to adapt and collaborate with internal marketing team and external constituents.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly product releases
  • Writing product descriptions containing 3-5 sentences of descriptive details
  • Website updates for new products including organizing all product collections
  • Create and maintain a weekly New Arrivals list
  • Create and schedule daily App Notifications via Vajro app platform
  • Coordinating weekly videos at warehouse for new arrivals including organizing and pulling products from new arrivals list
  • Daily maintenance of Facebook and TikTok platforms to assure cover photos are changed and comments have been responded to
  • Community management on social media platforms
  • Shopify experience is a plus!
  • This role will evolve as the company grows. Looking for someone who is passionate about learning the ins and outs of marketing as a whole and can pivot to different tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years proven work experience in Social Media
  • Excellent writing skills & organization
  • Knowledge and experience working with scheduling platforms (like Hootsuite and Sprout Social), Shopify, SEO, keyword search and Google Analytics
  • BS degree in Marketing of other relevant field
  • Ability to lift and move 10+ pounds (this position will include moving products and equipment from location to location)
