How to Return:
Start your return by heading to our returns center:

Enter your order number or order email and zip code. You will be presented with your order history. Once there, please select the eligible item you would like to return. Select a reason for the return. If an item says “contact customer service” this means it is FINAL SALE and isn’t eligible for return. Repeat step 2 for each item you wish to return. Choose to either refund to the original form of payment or exchange for another size. You will then select one of two ways to return the item(s).
1.Returns Bar- many locations. No box or label is needed ($6.95 fee- subtracted from your refund).

2.By Mail- Box and ship your item(s) ($10 label fee- subtracted from your refund).
Review and verify your selections and submit your return. If you choose to return in-person at a Return Bar or at our Store, an Express Code (QR code) will be generated and emailed.
*Canada returns can only be sent back by mail (Option #3)*
