How to Return:

Start your return by heading to our returns center shopavara.happyreturns.com!
Enter your order number or order email and zip code. You will be presented with your order history. Once there, please select the eligible item you would like to return. Select a reason for the return. If an item says “contact customer service” this means it is FINAL SALE and isn’t eligible for return. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return. Choose to either refund to the original form of payment or exchange for another size. You will then select one of three ways to return the item(s).
1.Returns Bar- many locations. No box or label is needed ($6.95 fee- subtracted from your refund).

2.Return to store (FREE drop off at 4239 W. Lovers Lane Dallas, TX 75209)
3.By Mail- Box and ship your item(s) ($10 label fee- subtracted from your refund).
Review and verify your selections and submit your return. If you choose to return in-person at a Return Bar or at our Store, an Express Code (QR code) will be generated and emailed.
*Canada returns can only be sent back by mail (Option #3)*

 

Return Policy starting January 1st, 2023:

  • All returns must be started and dropped off within 21 days of the ship date to receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. Items are not eligible for return after the 21st day. 
  • ALL RETURNS must be initiated through our Happy Returns center to be eligible for a refund. If a return is received by our warehouse and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and donated. 
Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
  • Shoes may be returned but must be in the original box. *Shoes must be free of any wear. 
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, or beyond 21 days from the order date, or are Final Sale, they will not be accepted and will be donated.
We now offer exchanges! 
Exchanges made easy. If you select that your item is too big or too small we will ask if you would like to get a different size. *Exchanges are not processed until they are received at a returns bar. We cannot guarantee that the request will be available.* Exchanges are not eligible after 21 days. 

We will not make exceptions to our policy. 
  • Return shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our part. The cost of return shipping is $6.95 unless you are returning more than 9 items, the cost will be $10 deducted from your refund.
  • All returns MUST be processed through our Happy Returns center. You will receive a QR code to then be used. *QR codes expire after 21 days from order ship date* 
  • If your item is damaged, email us at help@shopavara.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 
  • All earrings, hats, headbands, tights and pillowcases are FINAL SALE. Anything purchased on sale is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. If we receive a FINAL SALE return it will be donated.
  • We do not offer store credit even past the return policy date of 21 days. 

MODIFIED POLICY
  • If you return more than $2000 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Please start your return with your email at shopavara.happyreturns.com. If you have not received your refund within 48 hours of dropping off your return please email help@shopavara.com. 


|NEW RETURN SHOPPING FEATURE

  • Once you have started the return process and clicked on the “return this item” and clicked the next step you now have the option to shop on our site to find something you love through Happy Returns. 
  • You can add as many items as you would like to your shopping cart. Once the items are in your shopping cart click on the bottom right of your screen that says “continue with my return.” 
  • Click on either the QR CODE or shipping label option and then go to the next step.
  • Your return preview will show you the item you’re returning with now a 15% discount applied to your new order and the refund you will receive along with the item that is in your shopping cart.
  • Click on “Submit Return & Go to Checkout
  • You will receive your QR CODE and then checkout with your new item
