Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Adorable. Classy and chic. Fits true to size. Length hits just a couple inches above the knee (I'm 5'4"). It tapers in at the waist to provide a flattering silhouette. Can dress up or dress down. Looks great with the straw hat. Love it.
