1. CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Fabric is not cotton- some sort of light weight blend but the dress is lined and the fabric makes for a kind of flowing skirt. Back is not too low - so regular bras work. It definitely could be worn for dressier occasions. If you’d rather have natural fabrics like cotton this might not work for you
