1. CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Dress is okay. Mine was very wrinkled so didnt lay right. I dont like it enough to go to the trouble of steaming it to see what it looks like without all the wrinkles that make it poofier than it probably should be.
