Delicate and Unique!
What a statement piece. The skirt is like nothing you have in your closet. The detail is what really makes it stand out and the pattern is so delicate that it looks like it cost more than it did. The underlayer is actually shorts, not a short skirt, which was a surprise to me, but I think makes it less restrictive.
