Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This dress is so cute on! It does run one size too small. I am normally a size small, but because of the zipper I had to order a size medium. The medium zipped up perfectly, but I have to alter the sleeves since they hang. Otherwise, the dress is pretty and I can't wait to wear!

The item details definitely warn of this. However, since there wasn’t an XS option I assumed the small would be fine. If I sized up to Medium then I think the skirt would be too much fabric as I am 5’3”. I loved the color, ruffles and white accents, just not for me.
