1. CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This dress is very cute. The smocking detail is lovely. The dress fits pretty true to size with one small caveat. The dress is true to size in length and general fit except in the chest area. I am a medium is most all things I wear and a 36B, however the top of this dress is pretty large. I had quite a bit of gaping and no puling or adjusting is going to help that. Some serious saftety pins/sewing/alterations will be needing to adjust that gaping. Still so cute and worth the work.
