Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I got this dress for real Mothers Day. I got size extra small fall about 33 1/2 inches from shoulder. Pretty Print colors. I love the cinched waist line. Planning on wearing it with nude shoes and a nude purse to match shoes. Later that day plan on slipping on some comfy platform meds to be more comfy in the feet.
