1. CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This dress runs a bit small in the chest area. I am normally a size small and a 34b. I purchased a size small and kept it. I wore to a Kentucky Derby party with wedges and was so cute! I received many compliments on it.
