1. CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Feels great and fits perfectly! It’s very well made, not thin T-shirt material, but a thicker, slightly textured fabric. It has pockets on the sides and the stripes all match (something my mother used to tell me to look for on good quality clothing) and it looks great on! It runs true to size.
