Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This dress is really well made. It's good quality too. I'm a size 10 and I ordered the large doing to being busty. I must say that it does have some gaping around the bust area, but the dress is unusual and of good quality, so I decided to keep it.
You can wear nice sneakers with this as well as a nice pair of heels.
