Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I'm long waisted and this still has enough material in the top to be a bit blousy without pulling unflatteringly. Paired with white jean jacket, gold sandals and understated jewelry for my casual office which also worked well for a late afternoon social engagement. Bigger jewelry and nicer shoes and it would have gone straight out to dinner! Like wearing PJs to work!! Would be amazing for travel.
