Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Love the pattern of the fabric on this dress. It’s so cute. It runs small across the chest so order up accordingly. Taking off 1 star because My only complaint is how high the decorative ruffle around the neck is under the chin. I wish it tapered off as it comes around the neck. It would be more comfortable.
