Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I thought the dress was adorable. I was so disappointed as it was so cute but too tight in the top. If I got a large I think the bottom would have been huge. I hate it. I always wear a medium but not In This.
