Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I love the boatneck design, the soft light pink color, and the flared circle skirt—this dress is both elegant and fun. For reference, the Small fits my petite frame well (5'1", 116 lbs). Please note that the color appears lighter in person than it does in the photo.
