Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I am loving the lightweight fabric and the beautiful classic blue and white striped fabric. I am not giving 5 stars because it fit small around the waist with the buttons I felt. I am a traditional XS or size 2 in dresses and this was a Small. I still recommend this dress to all!
