Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This tip is super cute. My only regret is that I did not order true to size. The website and reviews said it ran big. However the small was too large for me . ( I usualllyvwear an extra small.) it is, however, quite cute.

I am definitely more of an hourglass shape so this top doesn't fit around my hips the way I would have liked. Wish I would have sized up one. Oh well...
