Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I’m 5’6” and ordered and between a M and L usually. I ordered the L and it fits great. I have plenty of room to move but with the tie at the waist it makes it’s figure flattering. Definitely recommend buying.
