1. CHEST
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

These shorts are the perfect length for me at 5’4”. I love the slight flare at the bottom which is very flattering. The waistband hits a few inches below my bellybutton in front and in back comes up high, so no problem when you sit down on bend over. They are very comfortable to wear. I am 118lbs and a small fits just right.
