Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Love this little blouse! Just packing it for a trip.
Had so many compliments on it. The fabric is nice and the blue and orange print so happy.
I did size up so that the elastic wouldn’t spring up when I moved my arms. Wore it to play Mah Jongg and the short sleeves were perfect. No sleeves hitting the tiles.
