Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This dress is lined, the pockets don’t stick out, and the fabric is light. I am 5’9 and proportionally, the smocked bodice is a little short for me, but it still worked.
