2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This skirt is really beautiful in person. I received so many compliments on in. However, the waist runs VERY small and there is no stretch or give.
