Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

Soft and not see through. True to size. I am 5'7" 125 lbs. size 28 fit perfect with a bit of extra room which is great for a white pant. You don't want white pants to fit tight.
