Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

This beautiful, embroidered top is a compliment magnet. I have the white one from last season, too. It does run large. I am not a particularly petite or small person and could have easily taken an extra small. Love it any way.
