Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
2. WAIST
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
3. HIP
Place the measuring tape around the body at the fullest part of the lower hip, feet together.
4. INSEAM
Without shoes, measure on inside of the leg groin to the floor.

I ordered this jacket in black two years ago. I have worn it to several holiday events and parties each winter. It looks fantastic over a formal dress at black tie events. I get compliments every time I wear it. It is the softest piece of clothing I own. I wear a size 2, and the small fits perfectly. I ordered the same jacket in ivory this year.
